Deborah Wilson and Winston, an opinionated little Maltese, reside in Stark County OH. Licensed since 2003, Deborah is a founding member of Hackenberg Realty Group, founded in 2014. Deborah is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club, a prestigious award that is only achieved by the top 10% of agents in the state of Ohio. As a Certified Probate Expert, (CPE), Deborah excels in helping Personal Representatives sell their inherited homes, which includes her team of local service providers, clean outs, and property management for out-of-town executors.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Deborah guides the 55+ community and Seniors through the process of correct-sizing or selling their family home to be near the grandkids, making the transaction less stressful and more successful.

In contrast, helping first time home buyers purchase their first home is one of the favorite parts of her job. Educating buyers on the process and providing information on down payment assistance programs, allows Deborah to assist them in achieving their goal of home ownership.

Giving back to her community is something that is close to Deborah’s heart. A portion of every commission earned is donated to the Child Evangelism Foundation. A faith based after school program. that teaches faith, citizenship, and fun.
